Working closely with women within their homes, the team has guided communities to sustainably extract the plant fibre from Sisal. The fibre is then dried and prepared using traditional methods, passed down over generations keeping cultural heritage . There are no harmful emissions or byproducts. Infact, the green pulp that is removed from the fibre is used as compost for planting and feeding stock.

Through these partnerships based on trust, respect and dialogue, families receive a steady source of income while tending to their daily tasks. The company currently sources Sisal from over one hundred women across three communities.
